Avon's response to COVID-19 – Avon's priority is the welfare of our Representatives, customers, and associates.

All manufacturers of products distributed by Avon are compliant with cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practices, meaning all personnel involved with manufacturing the product wear appropriate personal protective equipment. In addition, coronavirus is transmitted through close individual contact, and there is no evidence of transmission from the start of manufacturing through the distribution of personal care products. We are closely monitoring the situation around the world and will adjust our practices accordingly if new information becomes available.

Due to the current health orders in Ohio, our Zanesville distribution center has been closed temporarily. Please note that you and your customers can continue to shop and place orders, but orders will not ship until the distribution center reopens. This is hard on all of us—we’ll continue to update you as more information becomes available.
