Follow the steps below: 

1. As an Avon Representative, you’re starting as a contender, so when you make $40+ on sales you receive 25% commission on beauty & 20% commission on fashion/ home.
2. Calculate your Avon order. For instance, my order for my customer is $26.00. Senses BB Vanilla CRM product Id #425-029 Qty of 4 on sale for 2/$13.00 = $26.00 my cost is $19.50. I made a commission of $6.50 plus I do a service charge of $1.75 only when I deliver to their home or etc & don't forget to charge your local tax. Totaling a commission of $8.25.
3. Remember your sales commissions depend on your sales level. 
4. The next level from contender is premiere level annual sales of 5k you make 30% commission on beauty and 20% commission on fashion/home. The sales level is endless it doesn’t just end on the premiere there are many more levels to achieve. 
5. VERY IMPORTANT! When you first place your Avon order as a NEW REPRESENTATIVE make sure your sales are of $40+ to receive commissions...
