Here are some thoughts before becoming an AVON Rep online. Are you serious about your business? Are you tech-savvy or not? Do you love makeup/skincare top quality/fashion/bundle deals/jewelry/bath & body/home/fragrance/seasonal and so much more if you love all these products? Then why not sell them and educate yourself. Okay, what does it take to become an AVON rep?

First, you create your email account with Google, Yahoo, Outlook, or the service email service provider of your choice & AVON business purposes only!!! For example, my Email is

Second, go to your bank exclusive a checking account for AVON business only. It was free for me they added another account from my main account for FREE. Not every bank branch is different so they may charge you or may not...

Third, go to and enter the reference code: MARYVIVAN
Once you have signed up AVON will email you with the credentials you will need to log in to your AVON back office and write them down on your planner or highlight it as important/label it for my AVON business within the email you are using. When signing up they will ask for your SS# and important verification information. Always keep notes in your planner... 

Fourth, Organize an office space in your home for AVON only you will find this easy and happy to work for your AVON purpose.

Fifth, make time to work online and communicate with your community letting them know you're the new AVON rep in their area.

Sixth, sign-up for all social media, and I mean all & including blogging on all platforms as well this will help tremendously make a presence online. MultiBrain is an awesome platform where you will schedule posts directly to your social media  AVON representatives...

Seventh, Write down everything you spend in your AVON business and I mean everything especially if you're on a budget or not VERY IMPORTANT TO KEEP RECORDS!!!

And you also have other options like kits but it will cost if you go for the $30. option, but you will have products to demonstrate unless you're strictly doing online promoting then the $0 cost is for you. How do I place my first order in my back office?

Very simple:
  1. Log in to your AVON back office looking at your computer in the top left corner you will see "Enter Items" click on it. Your name should be your first name. Enter the product ID # quantity & it will show you the price and add it to the order. Make sure your orders are $60+ to receive commissions. See my post on how I explain it by clicking here...
  2. You can click on the arrow to choose another customer to place their AVON order and add a NEW CUSTOMER.
  3. Order Avon brochure product #055-745 pack of 10 for $6.49
  4. I recommend ordering clear literature bags for your brochure's product ID #058-433 pack of 50 for $0.80.
  5. I also recommend ordering product id #295-410 Popcorn Delivery Bags - Small Pack of 50, product id #297-030 Popcorn Delivery Bags - Large Pack of 50 $2.75 & product id #296-240 Popcorn Delivery Bag - Medium Pack of 50 $2.25

What is an AVON selling calendar?

AVON selling calendar is where you know when an Avon campaign becomes effective and, you write the dates on the back of your AVON brochure. Avon campaign is every two weeks and you can also backorder one campaign prior. You can find this calendar in your back office or click here to view the selling AVON calendar. There are 26 Avon brochures throughout the entire year 1-26 campaigns.
