This year AVON is so excited to expand our recognition of million-dollar Team Leaders! AVON is rewarding 2020 achievers with Avon Diamond Club membership as well as access to a new, elite concierge service to help them design a special experience or event tailored just to them and their teams. Leaders, let’s make this a million-dollar year! Here’s how it works:
- For 2020, as soon as you get one million dollars in team sales in your Generation 1-3, you’ll receive a $5,000 credit with the concierge that you can use to host an event for your team in 2021.
- The rewards build, and so does your budget! At every five million dollar increment, you earn more to spend (all the way up to teams that achieve $30 million or more!).
$5 million in team sales earns a $10,000 concierge allowance
$10 million in team sales earns a $20,000 concierge allowance
$15 million in team sales earns a $35,000 concierge allowance
$20 million in team sales earns a $50,000 concierge allowance
$25 million in team sales earns a $60,000 concierge allowance
$30 million+ in team sales earns a $75,000 concierge allowance
- You have until December 31, 2020, to achieve for the current cycle. In early 2021, achievers will receive a questionnaire as the first step to help their personal concierge brainstorm the right experience for their teams. From there, achievers will have access to a private phone number for the concierge who will design a custom experience that celebrates the spirit of each individual team.
- All Leadership teams are eligible to qualify—all you have to do is reach one million dollars in team sales in your Generation 1-3. And don’t forget, you’ll earn a 0.5-carat Swarovski lab-created diamond when you reach that mark! If you’re already a Diamond Club member, you’ll receive an additional 0.5-carat diamond each time you reach a higher million-dollar milestone.
