Your First Seven Campaigns

Avon’s KickStart Program will help you earn $1,010+ in your first 7 campaigns (90 Days).

Avon taps into your passion for your business for a quick start to achieving your goals and making money every campaign – and in 90 days you are set to make it happen.

Set your campaign goals based on the requirements to earn the most on this incentive.

For your 2nd Campaign, you’ll want to sell at least $150, your 3rd Campaign $200, your 4th Campaign $250, etc.

Set a goal to recruit at least one person into your business every week. During the KickStart Program, you will earn $50 for each person who qualifies by placing their first or second order of $150. Over the long term, this goal is going to make a huge difference in your business.

Of course, you can make a lot more than $1,010 in your first 7 Campaigns. How much you sell and how many people you invite to join you in your Avon business is totally up to you


If you work this right, at about 6 months, the real money begins!

After you've met your kick start goals... Your goal at 6 months is to achieve the title of Bronze Leader. This is where the money starts getting really fun and where your business is kicking into gear. Everything increases exponentially from here.

1. Earn up to 40% on Beauty, Jewelry, and Health & Wellness, 20% on Fashion and Home. President’s Recognition Program Representatives earn a minimum of 40% and can earn up to 50% on Beauty, Jewelry, and Health & Wellness items, and 25% on Fashion and Home products.

2. Team Sales is the summation of your Personal Sales plus G1, G2, and G3 team sales. 

3. Earn a one-time $20 Recruiting Bonus for each Qualified New Recruit you personally add to your team and who submits a paid, minimum order of $150 within their first two campaigns.

4. Earn a 3% bonus on the sales of new recruits when you have a minimum of $50 in Personal Sales.

5. The Promotion and Mentor bonuses are earned for first-time title achievement and are paid over 4 campaigns. To receive the Mentor Bonuses, you must maintain the same Performance title or higher as the promoting Representative. 

6. Generation Bonuses are calculated at 70% of the paid team sales from your downline. Leader Bonuses are calculated at 70% on the respective team sales of Leaders and Executive Leaders in your downline. 

7. You will receive a Lifestyle Bonus for each campaign that you continue to meet your Title qualifications.
